Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account details while ensuring excellent customer support.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing transactions, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new services.
- Enter data accurately into company systems using Microsoft Office tools and specialized software; maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and client service best practices is a plus; experience with cash handling is advantageous.
