Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Customer Service Representative to join our energetic team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional client support by assisting Spanish-speaking customers with their wireless needs. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create positive experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support in both Spanish and English via phone, chat, and email channels
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, service plans, device troubleshooting, and activation processes
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or promote new services
  • Enter data accurately into company systems while maintaining confidentiality and data security
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Support client services by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in call center role, customer support, or client services preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CRM, and computer skills for data entry and documentation
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette, analysis skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and call center operations is desirable
  • Available to work a schedule of 11am-8pm Wednesday - Sunday.
