We are seeking Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who can deliver a positive, supportive experience to New York residents while handling service-related questions with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
In this role, you will support incoming calls from New York City residents who need help navigating city services, requests, and concerns. Calls may include questions related to service updates, work orders, department routing, general information, and resident complaints. You will play an important role in creating a professional and helpful experience for every caller.
