Job Position: Bilingual (Spanish-English) LATAM Live Scribe

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

VA Location: LATAM (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Live Scribe to join our healthcare documentation team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing prior notes from physicians, nurses, and lab reports, then summarizing relevant patient history directly into Epic. You will support providers by preparing accurate and timely clinical documentation for new admits, consults, and follow-up visits.

A Day in the Life / Key Tasks

• Review prior medical records (physician and nurse notes, lab results, etc.) and summarize relevant patient history into Epic
• Prepare History & Physical (H&P) documentation for new admissions
• Summarize background information for consult requests
• Assist with progress notes after physicians have seen patients
• Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, clear, and compliant with workflow standards

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Experience as Live Scribe
• Strong understanding of medical terminology
• Knowledge of clinical documentation flow and the ability to identify relevant information from prior provider notes
• License is not required, but clinical knowledge or medical scribe/documentation experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems; Epic is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent written and spoken)
