Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner in English and Spanish
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling and logistics
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- File, transcribe, and distribute documents as required
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
