Restaurant (Bilingual) Payroll and HR Administrator

A Roseville, CA-based Human Resources firm is growing and looking for a bi-lingual payroll and HR consultant to provide compliance, administration and employee relations support for restaurants. Our job is to support our clients in compliance with employment laws and employee relations.
Your responsibilities
- Processing recurring payroll for approximately 1500-2000 employees for various client restaurants located across California utilizing the PrismHR platform, the leading payroll platform for Payroll, Employee Onboarding, Benefits Administration and HR Technologies.
- Processing off cycle and pay checks for employee terminations
- Supporting restaurants with tip pooling, FICA tip credits and other wage and hour compliance measures to avoid PAGA claims
- Paid-Time Off Administration
- Meal period penalty processing
- Employee onboarding support
- Employee benefits reporting and administration assistance
- Review client timekeeping and payroll processes to avoid PAGA claims
- Assist in harassment, discrimination and various worksite investigations.
- Provide restaurant managers the support they need to manage employees without fear.
Requirements
- Must speak both English and Spanish proficiently
- In-office position only
- 3-5 yrs experience
- Restaurant experience a plus
- Payroll processing experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.92 - $32.00 per hour
