About the Role

We are seeking passionate Bilingual (Spanish/English) CBRS Developmental Therapists to provide early-intervention and developmental support services as independent contractors.

You will work directly with children and families in natural environments, using your expertise to promote growth, skill development, and confidence — all while maintaining full autonomy over your methods and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel required within assigned service areas (e.g., Shelby, Gastonia, Morrisville, etc.) Charlotte locations may be available.
• Deliver individualized developmental therapy to children with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Conduct developmental assessments and create individualized service plans.
• Provide family education and support for at-home strategies.
• Collaborate with families and community partners as needed.
• Maintain documentation consistent with contract and professional standards.
• Operate independently in determining service methods, tools, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following:
• Birth–Kindergarten Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Education, or Elementary Education, Child Development, Human Development, Family Relations, Family Studies, Family and Consumer Sciences, or Child and Family Studies, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, or another human services field
• Experience in early-intervention or developmental therapy (preferred).
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Must hold or be eligible for relevant professional certifications/licensure.
• Must pass background check and meet state requirements for service providers.

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity, not a W-2 employment position.
Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and professional licensing.
