Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Rep

Tennessee Quick Cash, Inc., a respected leader in the consumer financial and loan services industry, is currently seeking individuals with management and/or customer service experience to join our team of professionals in Nashville and the surrounding areas! We are looking for individuals with a strong background in the financial or retail industry who are looking to grow within our company.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for maintaining effective operation and continued growth of the branch with the direction of the Branch Manager and members of Upper Management.
Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Research and evaluate loan applicant's financial status, references, credit and risk
• Promote the sale of credit and loan services
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Manage past due and delinquent accounts
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Travel :

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to insured, reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within division for marketing and banking responsibilities

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or other financial related fields
• Previous experience handling cash and performing cash transactions
• Previous experience in the Financial Industry is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
• Overnight Shift Positions may become available ($3.00/hour shift differential pay)
• Benefits package available
