Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and another language (Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese), allowing them to effectively connect with a diverse range of candidates. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to facilitating employee orientation and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. The Bilingual Recruiter will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, focusing on building relationships and enhancing our recruitment strategies.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive sourcing to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media management and cold calling.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
  • Utilize Bullhorn for applicant tracking and Uattend programs .
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate employee orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintain compliance with employment & labor law throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Perform research on industry trends to enhance recruiting strategies and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work weekends and OT as needed.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a bilingual capacity.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions positively.
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn and U-attend is preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft programs such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Word is a plus.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
  • Must have a Driver's License and be ok with occasionally covering other office locations or becoming an onsite.
