We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. Duties

- Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing and informal assessments.
- Provide individualized tutoring and support for students with diverse learning needs, including those with autism or requiring early intervention strategies.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support student development, including special education services and early childhood education initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans in accordance with education administration policies.
- Mentor new teachers or teaching assistants to foster professional growth within the school community.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to curriculum development, childhood development, literacy education, and teaching physical education.
Skills
- Proven classroom experience with elementary-aged students in diverse educational settings.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development principles across core subjects such as literacy education, math, science, and social studies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
- Proficiency in working with learning technology tools and digital resources to enhance lessons.
- Expertise in classroom management techniques that promote a respectful learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs through tutoring or specialized interventions.
- Experience working with children with special needs or in early childhood education programs like Montessori or private school settings.

- Familiarity with library services or integrating library resources into lesson plans for literacy enhancement.
