About the Role:
We are hiring a Multilingual-Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team in Doha. The role will be based in a residential apartment setting, where you will act as the key point of contact between tenants, property management, and service teams. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and prior experience in residential property or facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, service requests, and complaints.
• Liaise between tenants, property management, and facility teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support tenant onboarding, move-in, and orientation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and service resolutions.
• Assist in tenant engagement initiatives and help foster a positive community atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential apartments, real estate, or facility management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of property management systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently.
