The Role

We’re seeking a Bilingual Traffic Paralegal who’s passionate about the law and dedicated to delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of traffic matters (speeding, reckless driving, driving on suspended, etc.)
• Communicate with clients regarding case status, next steps, and required documents
• Request, organize, and summarize records (DMV, driving records, citations, body cam where applicable)
• Coordinate court dates, deadlines, and appearances; maintain accurate calendaring
• Prepare attorneys for hearings (case notes, exhibits, supporting documents)
• Liaise with courts, clerks, prosecutors, and law enforcement agencies
• Support all aspects of attorney work: e-filing, calendaring, and client communications.
• Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain organized, up-to-date case databases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Traffic Law.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients.
• Tech-savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with e-filing systems and case management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
