Bilingual (English/Spanish) Trucking Coordinator -Dispatch-Drayage NW Up to $25hr in NW Houston (Spring)

Up to $25hr doe FULL TIME - PAID WEEKLY by Direct Deposit
Full-time Monday-Friday Base shift 8am-430pm *flexible to overtime/shift adjustments.

Office in NW Houston

MUST be BILINGUAL (Fluent English/Spanish)
Should have at least 2 years of OFFICE experience in TRUCKING/LOGISTICS/TRANSPORTATION office
Will be performing variety of functions such as data entry into transportation system, responding to emails, incoming/outgoing calls, etc.
Track and communicate movements of load with drivers and customers.
Extensive communications with various drivers and excellent customer service.
Critical skills - Attention to detail, excellent organization and communication, multitask, follow up, etc.
Must be able to work under pressure with tight shipping deadlines.
Should have experience working in logistics office interacting professionally with various levels of staff, management, and external customers.
Computer literate for ACCURATE data entry.

Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
