HAPO is now accepting applications for an on-site, Bilingual Virtual Service Professional in Kennewick, WA. We are seeking an individual who is ambitious, self-motivated and who strives to represent HAPO’s core commitment “Be in the Moment” and deliver service that will “Defy Expectations” with our members, community as well as the team they are a part of. We are excited to invite passionate individuals to join our team! If you have strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, you may be the perfect candidate for us. Your ability to share product information, listen to our members' questions, and confidently handle objections is essential for making a difference in our members' lives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Spanish languages and be able to navigate cross-cultural interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:
Education/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
Proven experience in a bilingual role preferred
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
Ability to translate and interpret with accuracy and cultural sensitivity
Location: On-Site, HAPO Business Complex, Kennewick (WA)
Schedule: Must be able to work 35-40 hours a week between the hours of 9:00am – 6:00 pm M-F with Rotating Saturdays required
