Biller Operator

Overview

Job Details:


Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and other tax related documents in compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements.

Record, review, and monitor billing transactions within the accounting system to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Compile and maintain monthly reports related to sales, invoicing, and billing activities for internal review and analysis.

Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are invoiced correctly and within required timelines.

Maintain proper filing and control of sequential and tax documentation for compliance and record keeping purposes.

Assist in verifying billing information to minimize errors and support smooth financial operations.

Follow up on invoice discrepancies and coordinate corrections when necessary.

Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and reporting processes.

Job Experience Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field. Public Accounting or similar qualifications will be considered an advantage.

Minimum two years of relevant experience in billing, invoicing, or general accounting roles.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of accounting software along with good Microsoft Excel skills.

Understanding of tax regulations and electronic invoicing procedures.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities.
