Billing Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Administrator to manage and maintain our billing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Excel, particularly pivot tables, to organize, analyze, and report on billing data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update billing records and databases.
  • Analyze billing data using Excel, including creating and modifying pivot tables for reporting purposes.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues with clients or internal departments.
  • Support month-end closing and reporting activities related to billing.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing operations.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of pivot tables.
  • Proficient in English language.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for resolving queries and working across teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
