Job Title: Billing & Dispatch Incharge

Job Purpose
To manage the end-to-end billing and dispatch process, ensuring timely preparation of invoices, coordination of material dispatch, and accuracy in documentation. Responsible for smooth logistics support, vendor coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare customer invoices, delivery challans, and related billing documents.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for timely dispatch of materials.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of billing, dispatch, transporters, and delivery status.
- Ensure GST compliance in billing and related documentation.
- Track and reconcile dispatch documents with transporters and customers.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and dispatch.
- Liaise with transporters for vehicle availability, freight negotiation, and tracking.
- Generate MIS reports related to billing, dispatch, and logistics costs.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all dispatch and billing records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Business Administration.
- 3–6 years of experience in billing, dispatch, or logistics operations (manufacturing/trading industry preferred).
- Knowledge of GST billing, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation.
- Experience with Tally / ERP and MS Office.
