Minimum Experience- *4 Years*

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in infrastructure projects, preferably with RE wall construction.
• Hands-on experience with billing software (ERP/SAP) and MS Excel.
• Proficiency in project planning software like MS Project or Primavera.
• Good knowledge of quantity surveying and contract management.

*Only RE-Wall background* Infrastructure / Highway / Civil Engineering / Construction

Preferred:

• Experience in highway or bridge projects involving RE walls.
• Knowledge of IRC and MORTH specifications.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Billing and Planning Engineer with experience in Reinforced Earth (RE) Wall construction to oversee the preparation of bills, project schedules, and coordination with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of RE wall design and construction, quantity surveying, and project planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing:

• Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills as per site execution and contract terms.
• Measure quantities of work done as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the site execution team to track work progress and collect measurement records.
• Reconcile quantities and prepare Running Account (RA) Bills.
• Ensure billing is in line with contract terms, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of variation orders and claims.

Planning:

• Develop and update project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and report deviations.
• Forecast manpower, material, and equipment requirements.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules (weekly/monthly) for RE wall construction.
• Coordinate with procurement and execution teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Track productivity and prepare progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Liaise with clients and consultants for planning and progress reporting.

Technical Coordination:

• Understand RE wall drawings, construction sequences, and method statements.
• Coordinate with design teams for technical clarifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
