Billing Assistant (Trainee)
Showroom Locations: Chavakkad

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-friendly Billing Assistants to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customer bills/invoices using the billing software.
• Verify product details, prices, before generating the bill.
• Ensure accuracy in all billing entries and maintain proper transaction records.
• Coordinate with the sales, cashier, and packing teams for smooth order completion.
• Provide a pleasant and professional experience to customers during billing.

Qualification:

• Plus Two / Graduation – Freshers welcome.

Skills Required:

Basic computer skills (MS Office/Excel) and data entry accuracy.

Attention to detail and good numerical ability.

Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Benefits:

Training provided during the initial period.

Probation Period: 6 months.

Incentives applicable after successful completion of probation.

Basic Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000.

Travelling allowance (for applicable staff).
