We're looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to join our team and ensure accurate billing operations while supporting our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with managing and organizing medical records
• Supportive, team-oriented work environment
• Preferred:
• medical billing and collections
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, and ICD-10 coding

• Insurance verification and authorizations
• Claims processing and follow-up
• Understanding payer requirements and workflows
• Working within a multi-clinic billing environment
• Ensure accurate and timely implementation of billing procedures to support the smooth operation of Integrity Rehab.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and healthcare team members to foster a positive and respectful environment.
• Support compliance efforts by adhering to company policies, HIPAA regulations, and our comprehensive compliance plan.
• Contribute to services that align with Integrity Rehab’s goals and uphold all relevant healthcare regulations.
• Oversee and manage the complete billing cycle for medical services.
• Accurately code procedures and diagnoses using ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and medical collections while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR), ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation standards.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to resolve billing issues and optimize processes.
• Stay current with industry regulations and coding changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
