Qualifications
- Required:
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with managing and organizing medical records
- Supportive, team-oriented work environment
- Preferred:
- medical billing and collections
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, and ICD-10 coding

- Insurance verification and authorizations
- Claims processing and follow-up
- Understanding payer requirements and workflows
- Working within a multi-clinic billing environment
- Ensure accurate and timely implementation of billing procedures to support the smooth operation of Integrity Rehab.
- Communicate professionally with patients, families, and healthcare team members to foster a positive and respectful environment.
- Support compliance efforts by adhering to company policies, HIPAA regulations, and our comprehensive compliance plan.
- Contribute to services that align with Integrity Rehab’s goals and uphold all relevant healthcare regulations.
- Oversee and manage the complete billing cycle for medical services.
- Accurately code procedures and diagnoses using ICD-10 and CPT codes.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and medical collections while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
- Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR), ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation standards.
- Collaborate with clinicians and staff to resolve billing issues and optimize processes.
- Stay current with industry regulations and coding changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
