Position: Billing Associate – Apparel Division
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

About the Role

We are seeking a Billing Associate with strong expertise in Advanced Excel and SAP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing, accounting, and reconciliation tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in finance and billing operations within the apparel sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and related financial documents.
  • Handle reconciliation of billing data with internal and client records.
  • Work extensively on SAP and Advanced Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Support accounting activities, including ledger maintenance and payment tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain documentation and reports for audits and management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory).
  • Other Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be currently residing in Bangalore.
  • Must be willing to attend an in-person interview.
  • Must be available to join within 7–10 days of selection.
