Billing Coordinator

Your skills in scheduling and billing will be vital in overseeing our processes from start to finish, ensuring that all job plans are expertly managed.

You'll manage billing with accuracy and care, promptly invoicing customers and keeping their accounts current. Your role will include monitoring account aging and ensuring accounts stay up-to-date. $23 - $25 hourly

• Coordinate and manage billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all construction projects.
• Collaborate closely with all locations.
• Monitor account aging and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices to maintain current accounts.
• Ensure all billing records are meticulously maintained and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Work with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure financial accuracy across all transactions.
• Implement and refine billing procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in the billing cycle.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of proven experience in end-to-end billing preferred.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software systems and invoicing systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Vision: Adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, give directions, and engage in other business interactions.
• Speaking: Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.
• Carrying: Able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg.
• Lifting: Able to lift up to 30lbs/14kg.
• Squatting/Kneeling: Able to squat or kneel.
