The T3C Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all billing processes related to the T3C Service Packages and Add-On Services. This role ensures accurate and timely submission of claims, monitors reimbursement compliance, and coordinates with finance, program, and administrative teams to meet all T3C financial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing and Claims Management
- Develop and maintain processes for billing T3C Service Packages and Add-On Services.
- Accurately prepare, submit, and monitor billing claims in accordance with T3C standards and regulations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims, denials, and adjustments to maximize reimbursement.
- Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all billing processes align with T3C credentialing requirements and state/federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of claims, invoices, and billing policies.
- Prepare reports to monitor billing accuracy, compliance issues, and payment trends.
- Coordination and Communication
- Collaborate with program staff, finance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure billing accuracy and consistency.
- Serve as the point of contact for resolving billing inquiries or discrepancies.
- Provide support during audits and reviews, ensuring all required documentation is readily available.
- Training and Support
- Develop and deliver training for staff on billing procedures, documentation requirements, and compliance guidelines.
- Assist staff in understanding T3C Service Package billing processes to streamline service documentation.
- Data and Financial Analysis
- Monitor financial data related to billing operations and provide performance reports to leadership.
- Identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy in financial systems and billing software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle management.
- Experience in T3C billing or similar Medicaid/managed care systems is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in billing software, financial systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of state and federal billing regulations, including compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
