Position: Billing Staff cum Admin Officer
Location: Athani, Nedumbassery
Gender: Female candidates preferred
Pay: From 10,000 to 12,000 per month
Core billing responsibilities
- Generate and process invoices: Create and send out invoices to customers accurately and on time.
- Handle payments and vendor dealings: Receive and record payments, and manage Vendors and purchases.
- Manage accounts receivable: Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and identify inconsistencies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with financial reporting and month-end closing activities with accounts and finance team
- Maintain financial records: Keep all billings ,receivable and payable records accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
Administrative responsibilities
- Office management: Handle general administrative duties, such as managing office supplies and correspondence.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, accounts and finance for billing-related queries and support internal teams.
- Meeting and event support: Help organize and coordinate company meetings and events.
- Customer service: Address customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues professionally.
- Documentation: Ensure proper filing and documentation of all bills and vouchers.
Key skills and qualifications
- Experience: Record keeping in Excel
- Software proficiency: Excel
- Organizational skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies and other issues.
