Billing & Customer Support Specialist

Position. The position of Billing & Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for the daily order process and customer support functions. This role will be the primary point of contact for external queries incoming to Turbett and will liase with internal departments to ensure closure of the query. This role will report directly to the VP of Finance.

• Process daily orders by generating sales orders and providing accurate invoices to customers
• Liase with contract manufacturer regarding orders
• Respond to customers queries on invoices and statements
• Manage end-to-end customer support process ensuring the correct team/process is initiated upon query through closure/follow up
• Apply customer payments in ERP system
• Create customers and contact cards in ERP system
• Follow up on overdue accounts and support payment collections
• Review customer agreements compared to ordering to ensure compliance to agreements
• Other duties as assigned including support of company projects

Experience:

Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred

3+ years of experience in a billing or customer support role

Data entry experience preferred

Advanced Excel and overall Microsoft Office proficiency

Accounting System experience preferred

Hybrid, split of in office and remote

Compensation Range: $21-$25/hour (over-time eligible)

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the fuure. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
