Position Overview

The Billing Engineer will manage quantity measurements, prepare running bills, verify contractor claims, and support cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare RA Bills, final bills, and measurement sheets.
• Conduct quantity take-off from drawings.
• Verify contractor bills and site measurements.
• Assist in BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and accounts for bill approvals.
• Maintain billing documents and cost records.
• Support project cost monitoring and budgeting.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of billing experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of QTO, BOQ, and rate analysis.
• Good command of MS Excel and billing software.

Skills Required

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of contracts and billing terms.
• Documentation and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
