Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Billing Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate sector to join our Mumbai office. The role requires expertise in cost estimation, project billing, and proficiency in Auto-CAD and MS-Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage billing procedures for various residential projects.
• Cost Estimation: Develop accurate cost estimates and ensure project budgets are adhered to.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed billing reports and project documentation.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office, Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in the Real Estate sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office and Auto-CAD.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) Preparation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation: B.Tech/B.E.
• Course: B.Tech/B.E.
• Specialization: Civil
