Billing Engineer

Job Title: Client Billing Engineer Civil

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), detailed rate analysis, and quantity estimation for civil engineering projects.

Develop and maintain accurate BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and SBB (Sub-Contractor Billing Book) documentation.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of client bills in accordance with contract terms and project milestones.

Execute and manage subcontractor billing and client billing processes efficiently.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, planning teams, and accounts department to verify quantities and resolve billing discrepancies.

Monitor work progress and reconcile quantities as per site measurements and approved drawings.

Maintain proper documentation for measurement sheets, RA bills, and final bills.

Assist in cost tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting related to project billing.

Ensure compliance with contractual conditions, tender specifications, and company billing procedures.

BOQ preparation

Rate analysis

Quantity estimation

Client billing & subcontractor billing

BBS / SBB preparation

Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict billing deadlines.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

10–20 years of relevant experience in the civil construction industry.

Experience in handling commercial / industrial projects preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
