Billing Engineer

A Billing Engineer in the real estate industry is responsible for measuring, certifying, and processing contractor/vendor bills based on site progress and contracts. • Bill Preparation: Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and invoices for clients and subcontractors, maintaining accurate records.
• Cost Control: Monitor project costs, check quantities against BOQ, and analyze extra items or variations.
• Reconciliation: Perform material reconciliation (e.g., steel, cement) and subcontractor reconciliations.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work progress, bills, and certifications for audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2–7 years in billing, quantity surveying, and contracting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP software (like SAP).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and contract administration.
