Billing Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary

The Billing Engineer will handle client and contractor billing, quantity estimation, and reconciliation in coordination with site and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Prepare client and subcontractor bills as per progress.

· Verify quantities from drawings and site measurements.

· Reconcile material consumption and labour work.

· Coordinate with PMC, client, and site team for approvals.

· Maintain proper records and support audit processes.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

· Diploma (Civil) with 5–7 years in billing and estimation.

· Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement sheets.

· Analytical, accurate, and deadline-driven.

· Strong coordination and communication skills.
