Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills as per work executed at site.
  • Assist in preparing and updating BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
  • Coordinate with site engineers for measurement verification and progress updates.
  • Maintain billing records, reconciliation statements, and payment status reports.
  • Support the team in material reconciliation, tracking consumption against the scope.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for bill approvals and clarifications.
  • Ensure compliance with project contract terms and billing schedules.
  • Use software tools like MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems for billing and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of billing experience in government/public sector infrastructure or building projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic ERP/billing software.
  • Attention to detail and excellent numerical ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Billing: 3 years (Required)
  • Civil engineering: 3 years (Required)
