Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills as per work executed at site.
- Assist in preparing and updating BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurement verification and progress updates.
- Maintain billing records, reconciliation statements, and payment status reports.
- Support the team in material reconciliation, tracking consumption against the scope.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for bill approvals and clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with project contract terms and billing schedules.
- Use software tools like MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems for billing and documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of billing experience in government/public sector infrastructure or building projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic ERP/billing software.
- Attention to detail and excellent numerical ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
