Billing Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Engineer (Civil) with strong knowledge of project billing, BOQ analysis, and client billing procedures. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying RA bills, subcontractor bills, and ensuring accurate quantity take-offs as per drawings and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and verification of RA Bills and Final Bills.
• BOQ study, quantity take-off from drawings, and rate analysis.
• Checking and certification of subcontractor/vendor bills.
• Coordination with site engineers for measurement and work progress.
• Preparation of bar bending schedules (BBS) and reconciliation statements.
• Handling client billing documentation and follow-ups.
• Maintaining billing records, variations, and extra item claims.
• Cost monitoring and assisting in budget control.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure/building projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurement sheets, billing software, and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of contracts and billing procedures.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
