BILLING ENGINEER -Ghaziabad

Job Overview:

Ecofinitive Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to manage and coordinate all billing activities from our Head Office in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. The candidate should have strong technical and documentation skills, with experience in billing for government construction projects preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills as per BOQ, drawings, and site measurements
• Prepare RA (Running Account) and final bills in accordance with contract and project timelines
• Cross-check quantities with site execution and planning teams
• Maintain accurate measurement books and supporting documentation
• Prepare material reconciliation and consumption statements
• Review rate analysis and assist in cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and CPWD/PWD billing formats
• Liaise with accounts and site teams for verification and payment processing

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 PLUS years of experience in construction billing (experience under government contractor preferred)
• Strong command of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Tally/ERP systems
• Familiarity with CPWD or PWD billing procedures
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
