Key Responsibilities:
Prepare client bills, RA bills, and contractor bills as per project requirements.
Conduct material reconciliation, DPR (Daily Progress Report), and monthly progress documentation.
Perform quantity estimation, BBS verification, and measurement sheet preparation.
Coordinate with the site team for quantity verification and update work measurements.
Ensure accurate verification of subcontractor invoices and maintain billing records.
Review tender specifications, drawings, and BOQ for billing-related tasks.
Monitor project cost, variations, and additional claims.
Maintain MIS reports, logs, and documentation for audit purposes.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for billing approvals.
Ensure compliance with company billing standards and timelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3–8 years of relevant experience in building, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of measurement techniques, estimation, and cost control.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (if applicable).
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with site and office teams.
