Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit client RA bills and final invoices based on project progress and contract terms
- Verify subcontractor and vendor bills against site progress and approved quantities
- Maintain Measurement Books (MB), billing records, and supporting documentation
- Cross-check quantities with drawings, BOQs, and site measurements
- Coordinate with site engineers, QS team, clients, consultants, and accounts for billing approvals
- Track billing status, prepare MIS reports, and maintain billing registers
- Identify variations, additional works, and support claims submission
- Support project cost control by monitoring billing against project progress
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in billing and quantity verification in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of RA billing, BOQs, MB preparation, and contract terms
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing or ERP software
- Good understanding of drawings, quantities, and billing procedures
- Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage billing tasks within deadlines
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
