We are hiring skilled professionals to join our dynamic team for our ongoing and upcoming EPC civil construction projects in Chennai. If you have experience in Building projects, we would love to connect with you.

Position 1: Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA Bills, subcontractor bills, and client billing documentation.
• Cross-check quantities from drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
• Maintain records of work done, measurements, and reconciliation of materials.
• Coordinate with site teams and clients for billing clarifications.
• Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and support tendering activities.
• Monitor project cost, variations, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Prepare MIS reports and support the finance/contract team.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up for certifications.

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering.
• 3–8 years of billing experience in Commercial/Residential/Building projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, billing software, and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of drawings, site execution, and project documentation.
• Candidates with strong proficiency in the Tamil language will be preferred.

Position 2: Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, baseline programs, and weekly/monthly plans.
• Track project progress using tools such as MS Project/Primavera (P6 preferred).
• Coordinate with site teams to update progress and resolve delays.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curve, manpower/material plans, and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify risks, delays, and propose recovery/mitigation plans.
• Monitor project productivity, milestones, and critical paths.
• Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and cost control activities.
• Prepare documentation for client reviews and management meetings.

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of planning experience in Commercial/Residential/Building EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Good understanding of construction methodology and project management.
• Candidates with strong proficiency in the Tamil language will be preferred.
