Billing Engineer & Quantity Surveyer

Bagmar InfraCo Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Billing Engineer & BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in accurately assessing project costs, creating detailed BOQs, and ensuring precise billing processes for our infrastructure projects. Responsibilities:

1. Cost Estimation: Assess project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment in alignment with Bagmar InfraCo standards.

2. BOQ Preparation: Create comprehensive Bill of Quantities based on project specifications, drawings, and site surveys, adhering to Bagmar InfraCo quality standards.

3. Quantity Surveying: Conduct detailed quantity surveys to determine the exact quantities of materials and resources required for each phase of Bagmar InfraCo projects.

4. Vendor Management: Collaborate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials, maintaining Bagmar InfraCo vendor relations.

5. Billing Processes: Oversee billing activities, including invoice preparation, verification, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project budgets and timelines set by Bagmar InfraCo.

6. Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures closely, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize project profitability in line with Bagmar InfraCo goals.

7. Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of project costs, contracts, and change orders, adhering to Bagmar InfraCo documentation standards for reference and audit purposes.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and contractual requirements throughout the billing and BOQ processes, reflecting Bagmar InfraCo commitment to quality.

9. Communication: Foster effective communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project costs, billing status, and BOQ revisions as per Bagmar InfraCo communication protocols.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Billing Engineer or Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure projects, preferably within Bagmar InfraCo sector.

3. Proficiency in BOQ software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for quantity calculations, aligning with Bagmar InfraCo technological standards.

4. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in Bagmar InfraCo collaborative work culture.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, reflecting Bagmar InfraCo emphasis on effective teamwork.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, embodying Bagmar InfraCo commitment to agility and efficiency.

7. Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards, complementing Bagmar InfraCo expertise.

Required Experience:

• Total Experience in site work: 2 year minimum (Required)
• Total Billing work: 3 year minimum (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
