Billing Executive

We are looking for a Billing Executive with hands-on experience in Tally Prime for our aluminium trading business. The ideal candidate should be proficient in:

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating sales invoices in Tally Prime
• Preparing and managing E-Invoices as per GST compliance
• Generating and uploading E-Waybills accurately
• Ensuring all entries are updated in Tally on a daily basis
• Coordinating with accounts team for proper record keeping and GST filing support
• Cross-checking invoices with purchase/sales orders for accuracy

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime (billing & GST features)
• Practical experience in E-Invoice & E-Waybill generation
• Basic understanding of GST compliance in trading businesses
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,208.28 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Tally prime : 1 year (Required)
