Role & Responsibilities

• Manage patient admission and discharge billing processes accurately.
• Generate, verify, and finalize bills in accordance with hospital policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for proper charge entries.
• Handle TPA/Insurance billing, claims, and settlement processes.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies, package billing, and discounts.
• Maintain up-to-date billing records and daily financial reports.
• Assist patients and their families with billing-related queries.
• Reconcile daily cash collections, deposits, and financial documentation.
• Support audit requirements and maintain billing accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounts or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospital billing (preferred).
• Knowledge of TPA/Insurance procedures and healthcare billing systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital billing software.
