Billing Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a sharp, young, and enthusiastic individual to manage billing operations using Odoo software. The candidate should have good computer skills, be eager to learn about our products, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process bills/invoices using Odoo ERP.
• Maintain and update billing records in the system.
• Learn and understand product details to ensure accurate billing.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Basic to good computer skills (MS Office, email, ERP usage).
• Knowledge of Odoo software preferred, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Young, energetic, and eager to learn new processes.
