Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer billing and invoice generation
• Operating billing software and basic computer systems
• Coordinating with the operations team for smooth service flow
• Maintaining accuracy in daily billing transactions
• Assisting customers with billing-related queries

• No formal qualification required
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in shifts, if required
