Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Generate, send, and manage invoices and receipts for customers.
  • Data Accuracy: Collect, verify, and update billing information, correcting discrepancies.
  • Account Management: Maintain updated customer accounts and financial records.
  • Customer Service: Respond to billing inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up on payments.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports, track outstanding balances, and analyze data.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and taxation rules (like GST).
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline billing and payment processes.
