Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive to manage end-to-end hospital billing operations, including IP/OP billing, insurance coordination, and revenue reconciliation. The role requires strong knowledge of hospital billing processes, compliance, and coordination with clinical and insurance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete OP & IP billing processes accurately and efficiently.
• Manage insurance, cashless, and TPA billing, including pre-authorizations and final settlements.
• Ensure accuracy in coding, billing entries, and charge capture as per hospital policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, and insurance teams for billing clarifications.Prepare and verify final bills, credit notes, and adjustments.
• Handle patient queries related to billing, estimates, and insurance coverage.Monitor pending bills, rejections, and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain billing records and documentation as per NABH / hospital standards.
• Support audits and revenue reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and statutory requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of hospital billing workflows (IP, OP, Insurance, TPA)
• Familiarity with HIS / billing software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Ability to handle high-volume billing operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any Graduate (Healthcare background preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in hospital billing
