Billing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Billing Executive from the Interior / Furniture industry with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally. The role involves site surveys post-installation, measurement verification, billing, and coordination with accounts and project teams. The position requires extensive travel to project sites across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys after installation to verify executed interior / furniture work.
• Take accurate measurements as per approved drawings, BOQs, and work orders.
• Prepare and raise invoices based on actual site execution.
• Ensure billing accuracy as per contract terms, BOQs, and POs.
• Coordinate with accounts team for invoice posting, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain proper billing documentation including measurement sheets, site reports, and approvals.
• Handle running bills, final bills, variation bills, and extra items.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and statutory requirements.
• Support ledger reconciliation, outstanding tracking, and billing follow-ups.
• Travel to multiple project sites across India as per project requirements.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Billing Executive in the Interior / Furniture / Fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
• Hands-on experience with Tally (ERP) for invoicing and accounting entries.
• Knowledge of GST, taxation, and compliance related to billing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (billing sheets, reconciliation, MIS).
• Ability to read and interpret interior / furniture drawings and BOQs.
• Experience in post-installation site measurement and billing.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Experience in handling multiple project billing cycles.
• Prior exposure to commercial/residencial interior projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
