Billing Executive and sales supportive

Muscat, Oman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately handle customer transactions including sales billing, returns, and payments.
  • Generate and verify invoices, receipts, and credit notes.
  • Operate POS systems and accounting software
  • Reconcile daily cash and card payments, prepare daily sales reports.
  • Support inventory tracking through billing and returns.
  • Maintain and update customer records as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding invoices or billing issues.
  • Follow company cash-handling procedures and reporting protocols

Experience: 1-2 years in a cashier or billing role; experience in the lighting or electrical products industry is an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office and billing/accounting software.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and electronic billing.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
