Billing Executive (Hospital Billing)

A reputed hospital in Bachupally, Hyderabad is hiring Billing Executives with prior hospital billing experience. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing OP/IP billing processes accurately while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and billing standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle OPD and IPD billing including cash and credit billing.
• Generate accurate bills for consultations, procedures, investigations, and services.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and insurance teams for billing clarity.
• Explain bill details clearly to patients and attendants before finalization.
• Ensure tariff structures and doctor consultation charges are correctly updated in the system.
• Maintain billing records and documentation systematically.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure zero-error billing.
• Follow hospital billing policies and procedures strictly.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in hospital billing (mandatory).
• Familiarity with OP/IP billing software and processes.
• Basic computer skills and billing system knowledge.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
