Role Description:

Oversee all aspects of dental billing processes with meticulous attention to detail.

Verify insurance coverage and accurately process claims in a timely manner.

Generate and distribute invoices to patients for dental services provided.

Pursue outstanding payments and effectively resolve billing inquiries.

Maintain comprehensive records of financial transactions and patient billing data.

Collaborate with insurance companies and patients to resolve any billing discrepancies.

Stay abreast of current dental billing regulations and coding procedures.

Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and uphold confidentiality standards in all billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.

Schedule and confirm appointments.

Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.

Verify insurance and explain treatment plans & financial options.

Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff for smooth workflow.

Maintain accurate patient records.

Manage billing, payments, and follow-ups.

Ensure excellent patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred but freshers are also welcomed.

Strong, interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes.

Experience with dental software is a plus.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelors in Dental Surgery (BDS)

Good Communication Skills

Proficiency in Ms Word & Ms Excel
