Billing & Invoicing Officer

Overview

Job Description

  • Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and related tax documents in compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Register, verify, and monitor billing transactions within the accounting system.

  • Generate monthly reports related to sales performance and invoicing activities.

  • Coordinate closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of orders.

  • Maintain proper control, storage, and traceability of sequential and tax-related documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field (Technical degree or Bachelor’s in Public Accounting or Administration preferred).

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting roles.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Solid understanding of tax regulations and electronic invoicing procedures.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
