Billing Manager – Commercial Vehicles (Transport & Logistics)

We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to handle end-to-end billing operations for our commercial vehicle transport & logistics business. The role involves preparing and verifying invoices for freight, rentals, trip sheets, PODs, fuel/toll expenses, and ensuring accuracy in GST/TDS compliance.

The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in billing/accounts, with at least 3 years in the transport or logistics sector. Strong knowledge of fleet operations, documentation, and reconciliation is required. Proficiency in billing/accounting software and MS Excel is essential.

The role requires close coordination with operations, accounts, and clients for smooth billing, timely invoice submission, payment follow-up, and MIS reporting. Candidates with a commerce/accounting background (B.Com/M.Com/MBA) will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
