Job Title: Billing Manager – OPD

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

The Billing Manager – OPD is responsible for overseeing end-to-end OPD billing operations, ensuring accurate billing, smooth patient flow, compliance with hospital policies, and effective coordination with doctors, front desk, and accounts teams. The role requires strong leadership, billing expertise, and process optimization skills to maintain high standards of service and financial accuracy.

Billing Manager – OPD (Key Responsibilities)

Manage complete OPD billing operations including consultation, diagnostics, procedures, and pharmacy

Ensure accurate and timely billing as per hospital tariffs and policies

Supervise cash, card, UPI, and online payment collections and reconciliation

Handle patient billing queries, refunds, and corrections professionally

Coordinate with doctors, front desk, diagnostics, pharmacy, and accounts teams

Monitor discounts, approvals, and prevent revenue leakage

Maintain daily MIS reports and audit-ready billing records

Supervise, train, and manage OPD billing staff

Ensure smooth patient flow and high service quality
